We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. As an Event Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the events team, handle incoming telephone calls, and serve as a point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the events team, including preparing event materials and coordinating logistics.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless event execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including event details and client communication.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent customer service, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and proficiency in English and Cantonese.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
