We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team at King Deux Search & Consulting, a specialized executive search firm offering bespoke talent solutions across financial services and commerce. This role will focus on developing and managing large-scale retail and tourism projects in Hong Kong and China.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to drive traffic and engagement at shopping malls and tourist complexes.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements for temporary or seasonal activations, pop-up shops, promotional events, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scheduling, logistics, and post-activation analysis.
- Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners for short-term retail, food & beverage, and entertainment concepts.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on partnership opportunities, execution, and KPIs.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging partnership concepts.
The estimated salary for this position is $HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
