Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual insurance portfolios to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner with experienced Relationship Managers to identify customer wealth management needs and introduce appropriate insurance solutions.
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers in planning and executing business strategies to drive growth and productivity in the High Net Worth/Premier market segment.
- Establish effective working relationships with partnered Relationship Managers to ensure seamless delivery of wealth management services.
- Provide professional wealth management services, including regular financial reviews, to ensure customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture by promoting quality business referrals, referral skills, and product knowledge sharing among team members.
Requirements
- Tertiary or university-level education in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in life insurance, preferably in Bancassurance.
- Extensive wealth management and insurance product knowledge.
- Insurance-related licenses, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1, 7, 8, and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3, 5, and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, and presentation skills.
- Strong drive and sense of ownership to achieve excellence.
