Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the airline or tourism industry;
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
