About the Role

You will have the opportunity to acquire hands-on consulting experience in the banking industry, expand your knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced environment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
  • Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and providing mentorship.
  • Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into well-formulated solutions.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
  • Documentation of projects into systems and processes for management review.
  • Closing interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
  • Supporting team members with other project activities.
About You
  • Degree holder with relevant qualifications.
  • 6+ years of experience in the Private Banking and/or consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of Business Integration/Migration/TOM projects within Private Banking.
  • Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Private Banking industry.
  • Ability to apply technology principles to business.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Highly analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
