About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support counter service staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
  • Work closely with branch managers to develop and implement effective branch strategies;
  • Monitor and analyze daily branch transactions to identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally;
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination;
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of branch operations by gathering feedback from colleagues and customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or higher qualification, preferably in a relevant field such as banking or finance;
  • At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, with a strong understanding of banking operations and policies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
