About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to manage key customer relationships and lead project management efforts in the water building services market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, engineering, or a related field and excellent communication skills. The Role
As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Reporting to the Sales Director and contributing to implementing the company's long-term strategy
* Focusing on key customer relationship management and project management
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, particularly defined key customers and key projects
* Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
* Supporting the company in achieving its HK & Macau business strategy

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent is necessary. Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is beneficial. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
