About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in daily operations related to IT procurement. This includes liaising with vendors for price negotiation, contract terms, and conditions, as well as following up on purchase orders, contracts, and delivery arrangements.

You will also be responsible for gathering purchasing needs from IT and business users, assisting with vendor management activities, and preparing IT procurement-related reports and analysis.

Key Requirements
  • A degree holder in Information Technology, Procurement, Accounting or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' working experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions, and Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage.
  • You must have a positive working attitude, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
