Role and Responsibilities

This role involves managing the delivery of a new ERP solution, providing cost control and analytical services, and supporting the planning and execution of change management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to deliver the ERP solution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the prime system integrator.
  • Review and accept deliverables to ensure adherence to predefined criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential issues and risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or Finance related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years should be at senior supervisory level.
  • Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and the associated business transformation projects.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid in-house functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, and or Inventory Management.
  • Possession of a recognized professional qualification in IT or Project Management is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with good command in both English and Cantonese.
