  • Develop and implement strategic plans, financial budgets, and performance measurements.
  • Manage credit duties and conduct ad-hoc projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in control, risk management, compliance, audit, strategic planning, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, MS Excel, VBA, and spoken and written Chinese and English.
