Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain facilities and services, ensuring seamless access to information and services.
- Support clients and members of the public with the use of our computer systems and applications.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of facilities and services, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative and operational support as assigned, taking on ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards and representing the organization positively.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
