A key leadership role has become available at a leading technology Group in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the facility management team and ensuring optimal operational efficiencies across the existing campus and buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic plans to optimize site operations, including streamlining procedures, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Designing and recommending effective facility management models.
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide insightful comments and recommendations on building materials, services, and systems from a maintenance perspective.
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance with local regulatory codes.
  • Preparing annual business plans and budgets, as well as managing resources effectively to ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, including roads, public areas, main buildings, and support buildings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in facilities management, property management, engineering, or surveying related disciplines, along with relevant certifications in work safety.
  • 15+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, and tourism, preferably in large scale campus management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a matrix reporting organization.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.

The successful candidate will have opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
