Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts and authorized partners within their designated region. This role involves actively approaching, establishing, and developing relationships to foster growth and development.

High-potential key accounts will be transferred to and managed by Key Account Managers. The Account Manager collaborates closely with Distribution Account Managers to recruit potential partners and enhance sales opportunities with distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting distributor sales to 2nd tier partners and achieving sales targets set for named partners;
  • Collaborating with Distribution Account Managers to drive and support distributor sales teams in identifying and developing potential key accounts and authorized partners;
  • Handling incoming sales calls, managing the lead queue within Salesforce, and qualifying authorized partners;
  • Engaging in small projects by approaching selected authorized partners, identifying their needs, and providing timely sales support;
  • Serving as the business owner of marketing events to support channel development activities and partner training;
  • Regularly participating in marketing events to connect with customers, deliver Axis value to partners, and recruit new partners;
  • Acting as the Salesforce champion, informing and training the team about changes and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in channel recruitment and development;
  • Basic technical knowledge with a strong willingness to learn;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams;
  • Proficient in multi-task management and problem-solving;
  • A sales-driven mindset.
