Job Overview:

HKIP is a leading global financial research institution seeking a talented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport through effective communication and issue resolution
  2. Account Monitoring: Regularly review client accounts and portfolios to identify opportunities and address any issues or concerns
  3. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver customized reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials to meet the needs of our clients
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support
  5. Problem-Solving: Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, requests, and transactions, and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  6. New Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are gathered and processed efficiently
  7. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients and contribute to the growth and success of HKIP
  8. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with HKIP's goals and objectives
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain the trust and confidence of our clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Fluent in English and fluent in either Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in the use of financial software, data analysis tools, and client relationship management systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professional skills
