Job Summary

This is a challenging role for a Cyber Security Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong and Macau regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving our customers in these regions, providing expert advice and support on our Cyber Security assessment services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and strengthen our brand presence in the field of Cyber Security Services through personal business connections and social media platforms.
  • Submit comprehensive updates on the sales pipeline to the management team on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support close sales through expertly conducted calls or meetings or teamwork.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales calls and meetings for optimal productivity.
  • Assist in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of all sales tasks.
  • Provide the management team with accurate margin estimations for each opportunity, enabling management's decision-making.
Requirements
  • Track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are preferred, although fresh graduates with strong sales and IT knowledge are also welcome.
  • Previous experience in Cybersecurity Sales is advantageous.
  • Fluent English (speech and writing), Mandarin and Cantonese (speech at a minimum).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to engage with others comfortably.
  • Japanese or Korean language capability is an added advantage.
  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit a good customer-oriented approach.
  • Display a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in building a career in the Cyber industry.
  • Stay updated with the latest information technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Diploma or above.
