About the Role

The Senior Associate Client Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. This involves driving expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts, minimizing churn, and maximizing retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
  • Minimize churn and maximize retention, as well as uncover opportunistic growth priorities in assigned accounts.
  • Take ownership for the commercial agreement for each client, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process.
  • Engage with clients to address concerns and provide recommendations for possible solutions that can be delivered by NTT.
  • Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and engage clients through digital marketing channels.
  • Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment, and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for NTT.
  • Effectively articulate how NTT can add value through our services and solutions, with a focus on growth priority offerings.
  • Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve required results.
  • Use NTT's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client within the assigned account.
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to additional services.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for clients, establishing a strong business relationship.
  • Aim to achieve performance targets and exploit opportunities, while displaying notable client service orientation.
  • Implement and/or align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.
  • Monitor and control financial governance and compliance to ensure the effective management of financial costs.

Requirements

  • Sales business acumen, including planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on NTT business requirements.
  • Sales client engagement and management, including detailed understanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
  • Sales solution skills, including knowledge of NTT's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
  • Sales pursuit, including identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant degree or advanced diploma.
  • Relevant vendor certifications.
  • Modest level experience in a similar role in a similar environment.
  • Modest level experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
  • Modest level sales and client engagement experience.
  • Modest level experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
  • Modest level experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales techniques.
  • Modest level experience working as part of a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Modest level experience analyzing commercial information.
  • Modest level experience in marketing or advertising would be advantageous.
  • Modest level experience working with contact platforms.
