Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Airwallex's future growth engine by working closely with the Marketing team to qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline. You will own the inbound sales process from end to end for small and medium enterprise (SME) customers, providing them with a world-class experience and product expertise.

You will be expected to:

  • Manage a portfolio of SME leads and drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition.
  • Become an expert across Airwallex's product offerings and identify opportunities to resolve customers' pain points.
  • Create a strong first impression with customers and prospects by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

As a member of our global team, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse offices and functions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize our technology, workflow, and client onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who possesses:

  • At least 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a fintech or related industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
