Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive business development activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, professional services, and support resources, to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions and services to customers.
- Educational Background: University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Professional Experience: At least 10 years' experience in IT services or solutions selling, with a proven track record in system integration, application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solution & hosting services, and IT systems integration.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the government sector is highly desirable.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to generate new business opportunities; excellent deal-making, communication, and negotiation skills; result-oriented, detailed, and sensitive to numbers.
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
