The Role:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager – Chinese Speaking with strong knowledge of the mobile gaming industry to join our team remotely from China . In this role, you will lead our efforts to grow partnerships with Chinese-speaking game developers and studios, expanding our global footprint in the gaming ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach mobile gaming companies in the Chinese-speaking market to introduce Torox's user acquisition solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers and decision-makers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Drive revenue growth by onboarding new gaming partners and expanding existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and operations) to align business strategies and maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to partners.
  • Represent Torox at industry events, trade shows, and online conferences (when applicable).
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – written and spoken; strong English skills for internal communication.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within mobile gaming or AdTech.
  • A deep understanding of the gaming industry, user acquisition strategies, and monetization models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and data interpretation.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience with Offerwall or Rewarded advertising platforms is a plus.
