We are looking for a talented Sous Chef, CDP and Demi Chef in a professional kitchen. Requirements: Sous Chef – Minimum 45 years’ experience with the same position in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specializing in Western cuisine. CDP – Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with the same position in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specializing in Western cuisine; lesser experience may be considered for Demi Chef. Higher Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate. In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition. Creative, quality-oriented team player, hard worker, good interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Fluent in English and Chinese.
