Now, it is recruiting elites for the Hong Kong market to jointly explore new opportunities in regional business About the Role Lead the expansion and maintenance of financial product sales channels, with a focus on exploring and deepening cooperation with distribution channels such as banks, securities firms, and third-party wealth management institutions to build a high-productivity channel network; Conduct in-depth engagement with distributors and cooperative channels, systematically deliver the company’s investment philosophy, cultural values, strategic layout, and market perspectives, and empower the professional capability improvement of channel business teams; Participate in cross-departmental collaborative projects, coordinate efficiently with various teams to provide clients with an exceptional and professional service experience; Track channel sales data and customer feedback, optimize channel operation strategies, and support market expansion and customer relationship deepening. The Successful Candidates Master’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Finance, Economics, Management or related fields; Graduates from top 30 global universities are preferred, with solid professional knowledge and industry insights; With over 7 years of experience in the financial industry, possessing rich financial product sales channels (especially banks, securities firms, third-party wealth management institutions) and mature distribution channel resources, and capable of independently promoting the implementation of channel cooperation; Integrity, pursuit of excellence, alignment with the company’s culture and values, and willingness to accept frequent business trips; Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing); experience in cross-border financial services is a plus.
