We cordially invite a sales elite to join us and jointly develop a new version of our business. Job Overview As a core member of our efforts to expand into the offline market in the United States, you will be responsible for establishing and managing our offline sales channels from scratch. Your core task is to utilize your existing channel resources and sales network to successfully introduce our products into mainstream home and building materials retail stores and professional distribution networks in the United States, and be directly responsible for sales performance. Core Responsibilities Channel Development and Expansion: Independently responsible for developing offline channel customers in the United States, with key targets including but not limited to national chain stores such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Tractor Supply Co., Ace Hardware, as well as regional building materials and landscaping wholesalers and distributors. Customer Relationship Management: Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term strategic partnerships with key channel buyers, procurement managers, and decision-makers. Sales full process management: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstration, quotation negotiation, contract signing to order fulfillment. Market strategy support: Collect market information and competitor dynamics to provide decision-making recommendations for the company's product pricing, market strategy, and product development. Performance achievement: Directly responsible for sales targets, payment targets, and market share to ensure the completion of sales tasks. Job requirements 1. Language proficiency: Fluent in English or Chinese and possessing English communication skills (written and spoken) equivalent to native language proficiency, capable of conducting professional business negotiations and presentations. 2. Channel resources: Must have mature and directly accessible mainstream retail channel resources in the United States (such as direct cooperation experience or established contacts with purchasing departments of companies such as Home Depot and Lowe's). 3. Sales ability: Having verifiable outstanding sales performance and successful cases Bonus points (not mandatory, but will be given priority consideration) Have sales experience in the fields of gardening, building materials, chemicals, or DIY home decoration. Experience in successfully introducing new products from scratch into large retail channels in the United States. Have a certain understanding of the Amazon e-commerce environment.
