Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their success and loyalty to our brand. Collaborate with partners to create joint sales and marketing programs that drive lead generation and sales opportunities. Provide training and support to partners on our products/services, sales processes, and market positioning. Track and report on key performance metrics related to channel sales activities and partner performance. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales strategies and opportunities. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in channel sales within the IT industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence partners at all levels. Experience in direct customer engagement is a plus. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
