Maintain all standards of operation in the absence of the Sous Chef. Observe methods of food preparation and cooking, portion sizes, and garnishing to ensure food is prepared as prescribed. Estimate food consumption and requisition food supplies. Qualifications And Requirements 5 years’ experience as a chef including at least 2 years in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Good communication skills. Proficient in English. Knowledge of HACCP and the latest market trends.
