Responsibilities Food production in Chinese or Western cuisine for club restaurant, events and other functions Ensure consistent high quality and standard in food production Assist head chef in menu planning, food promotions and cost control Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene Uphold kitchen hygiene standards, following food safety regulations and best practices Requirements Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines Minimum 4 years Chinese or Western kitchen experience Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Working Location: Discovery Bay We offer a competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits including discretionary bonus, transportation allowance, annual leave, birthday leave, duty meal, medical and dental coverage and Top-up MPF scheme.
