Business Development Manager (UK Property Developer) Responsibilities: Develop strong working relationships with local & overseas agents. Plan and organise events, seminars and webinars to drive sales. Coordinate and manage the sales process internally and externally to ensure sales are managed efficiently. Handle enquiries and complaints with positive problem‑solving skills. Need to work on weekends occasionally. Business travel may be required. Desired Skills & Experience Diploma holder or above preferably in Property/Real Estates with minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (overseas real estate industry preferred, but not a must). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with sales channels and business partners. Good negotiation skills, able to overcome objections and resolving conflicts during negotiations. High degree of integrity and values reputation within the market. Results‑driven mindset with strong self‑discipline. Strategic thinker with ability to identify new business opportunities. Skilled in preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals and presentations. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin). Remuneration Attractive base (negotiable depending on experience) + high commission package.
