We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaking) to provide comprehensive support to our Chairman across both personal and professional matters. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a dynamic schedule with frequent international travel. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader on diverse projects in a fast‑paced and culturally rich environment. Responsibilities Provide full‑spectrum administrative and personal support to the Chairman, including both business and private matters. Organize and coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itinerary planning, and visa applications. Accompany the Chairman to art‑related events such as festivals, museum exhibitions, and auctions. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion. Provide proactive support on various ad hoc assignments and special projects as required. Show willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across regions on short notice. Requirements JLPT N1 certification is mandatory. Prior experience living in Japan or working with Japanese companies is highly desirable. Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, with conversational English and Mandarin. Must possess a valid driving licence and be familiar with local traffic regulations. A proactive team player with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a professional demeanor.
