The role is primarily sales‑oriented and will involve creating lasting customer relationships with both new and existing customers. Location: Hong Kong OfficeReporting into: Assistant Personal Shopping ManagerExperience Level: Entry levelWorkplace Type: Hybrid Benefits Performance bonus schemes dependent on the type of role you are in Our famous staff discount along with exclusive staff sales MPF plus voluntary contribution from the company Multi‑purpose insurance Rental Reimbursement Program Flexible working A chance to be part of a fun and caring team that supports each other Responsibilities Proactively assist personal shoppers to target and build personal relationships with high‑value customers in the APAC region Profile customers individually based on their shopping patterns Provide personal styling recommendations by demonstrating detailed product knowledge and understanding of customers’ fashion and lifestyle preferences Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised by analysing your customer list Increase the spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty by understanding their needs Ensure prompt follow‑up with customers acquired through events and partnerships Optimise every opportunity to grow the customer base and acquire new high‑value clients Maintain a self‑driven awareness of fashion industry, brands/products, and cultural awareness for clients based across different regions Identify customers’ shopping patterns and trends, provide feedback to your seniors and follow up with the relevant strategy Work alongside the wider business to understand key trends and increase business acumen Participate in Client Relations, marketing, and partnership events as required Together with your manager or personal shopper, entertain high‑profile customers and conduct one‑to‑one appointments Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably in luxury fashion Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication and inter‑personal skills, with confidence to network and build genuine relationships with customers Strong commercial awareness in luxury fashion An eye for detail and good organisational skills is essential Fluent in spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferable Must have the confidence to contribute ideas to the working processes at NET‑A‑PORTER – even those outside your day‑to‑day remit From the moment you join the LuxExperience Group we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
