Manager (Member Protection and Services) – Member Protection (2-yr contract) Monitor and supervise the processing of default contribution reports from trustees/eMPF Platform, issuance of payment notice, objections to payment notices by employers as well as statutory returns from trustees on enrolment of employers and self‑employed persons, personal accounts, unclaimed benefits, permanent departure claims, and transfer of benefits. Liaise with trustees/eMPF Platform, various government departments and other external parties to follow up enquiries and enhance compliance. Liaise with Supervision Division on issues and problems relating to trustees’ reporting of default contributions and other statutory returns. Design, analyse and produce statistics and management information reports. Assist in reviewing and refining operation policies, guidelines, manuals and processes. Coordinate the enhancement and development of IT systems. Supervise, coach and develop team members to meet organisational needs; and perform other duties as assigned. The Person A recognised degree, or equivalent. At least eight years of relevant experience in compliance, retirement/pension, customer service, law enforcement, investment, banking, public administration or accounting/auditing. >Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills and a good team player. Good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work independently under pressure. Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage. Remuneration Package A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance‑linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.
