To be a member of a team responsible for: Perform all administrative work including enrolment, contribution, termination and switching for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes Prepare regular reports to clients, members and regulators Liaise with internal / external clients including employers and external trustees to resolve client requests or enquiries Assist to conduct system enhancement user acceptance tests Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data inputs Escalate to senior upon irregularities found Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures Recommend revision of procedures due to system and legislative changes Streamline processes to improve efficiency Assist Officers to complete various ad-hoc projects as assigned and serve as cross support for other teams within Member Services as needed Requirement University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline Have good understanding of MPF or pension products related matters 2 years of experience in pension products Customer-focused and able to handle multiple tasks Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage Proficient with computers and basic software packages and specialized applications If you are interested in this role, click “Apply” HSBC is committed to building a work culture where everyone is valued, respected and opinions count.
