Position Title Business Development Manager (New Energy Vehicle Sector) Working Location Remote/Home Office (Flexible) Report to China GM Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in China’s new energy vehicle (NEV) industry. Spearhead market penetration for the company’s patented battery cooling technology, aligning product advantages with client needs. Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation, with a focus on achieving aggressive revenue targets. Collaborate with global R&D and production teams to customize solutions for high‑potential clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to inform go‑to‑market strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, industry events, and digital outreach. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the NEV components/systems sector. Established network of contacts among automotive OEMs, battery manufacturers, or EV technology providers in China. Demonstrated success in closing complex, high‑value deals in a B2B environment. Prior experience in a multinational corporation, with cross‑cultural collaboration skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is highly advantageous. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions.
