Human Resources Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR professional to contribute to improving HR processes across different markets, and support our regional people operations. Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities. Assist in reviewing, updating and standardising HR policies and procedures across regions, ensuring alignment with local labour regulations. Participate in HR projects such as process optimisation, documentation updates, benefits review, and system enhancement initiatives. Work closely with cross-region HR teams to support smooth operational workflow. Provide daily HR operational support including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, HR data updates and compensation-related preparation. Maintain HR data accuracy across systems and prepare regular HR reports for internal stakeholders. Provide first-line support for employee enquiries and elevate cases as appropriate. Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR operations / HR generalist roles. Experience in IT or start‑up environments is preferred. Exposure in cross-region HR services is a definite advantage. Proficient in Mac OS and Google Workspace. Detail-oriented, organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently. High sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
