Key Responsibilities Act as a key BP to support the full‑cycle HR journey, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR analytics, compliance and HR operations. Responsible for the calculation and analysis of bonus and incentive scheme, ensuring accurate processing and staying competitive in the market. Prepare HR reports with analytical insights to support data‑driven decision‑making. Lead the initiative to streamline HR operations process and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation. Drive system enhancements and process optimisation by emerging technologies and analytical techniques. Collaborate with multiple HR teams (payroll, shared services, digital solution) and Operations to support daily HR solutions and handle HRIS matters. Support the initiatives and continuous enhancement of Total Rewards programs and HR policies to elevate partner engagement and operational excellence. Other ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Experience Summary Minimum 6 years of HR experience focusing on C&B, HRIS, reporting, and data analysis. Proven track record in digital transformation, technology implementation, and HR analytics development projects. Hands‑on experience on HRIS systems; experience in Workday & Kronos is a plus. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines. Strong analytical mindset and digital‑savvy; knowledgeable on industry trends in emerging technologies and digital tools is a plus. Passionate change agent with courage to challenge the status quo. Numerical sensitive with good organisational skills & high accuracy. Well‑versed with Employee Ordinances and HR practice.
