About the role Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the strategic objectives by analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and facilitating the implementation of new systems and processes. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company. What you'll be doing Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and design solutions to address identified challenges. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, operations and management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Test and validate new systems and processes to ensure they meet the defined requirements. Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions. Continuously monitor and optimise business processes to drive efficiency and productivity. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the organisation's operations. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fashion and FMCG industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering. Experience in implementing business transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
