Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end execution of IPOs, M&A deals, and post-listing compliance matters Draft prospectuses, disclosures and other legal documentation Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions to clients Liaise with counterparties and stakeholders throughout transactions Supervise and mentor junior team members and engage in business development Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and departmental know-how Qualifications: Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 1-2 years of PQE and having sold experience in ECM, M&A (public and private), and compliance work at a reputable international law firm Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, fluency inMandarin will be preferred Strong drafting and negotiation skills is a must Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities This role offers a dynamic environment, excellent career development prospects, and the chance to work on high-profile transactions with a leading global firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
