This role places you at the epicentre of the Hong Kong financialmarket, working alongside industry-leading partners on a high-stakes pipeline of landmark IPOs, secondary offerings, and block trades for an enviable roster of prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong foundation in ECM but will also bring valuable experience in public company M&A, providing a comprehensive skill set that is highly prized for the complex and integrated nature of these major transactions. WHAT In this hands-on position, you will take on substantial responsibility, managing critical aspects of deals from inception to completion. This includes drafting listing documents and prospectuses, conducting thorough due diligence, and advising clients on regulatory and exchange rules. We are looking for a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with two to four years of PQE whose background at a recognised firm includes solid, focused experience in equity capital markets. A complementary skillset in public company mergers and acquisitions is considered a significant advantage, offering a more holistic understanding of the corporate lifecycle and strategic capital events.
