The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in corporate law, including capital markets, M&A, or listed company advisory work. Fluency in written and spokenEnglish and Mandarin is essential, alongside exceptional drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented associate who can work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
