The firm is actively seeking associates with strong capital markets experience to join either its US or Hong Kong Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. They are also open to considering candidates currently based in the U.S. with U.S. IPO experience , who are interested in relocating to the Greater China region. The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong/US -qualified Associate with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience , and a solid track record in HK IPOs and/or U.S. IPOs , preferably gained at an international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive team environment, handling high-profile cross-border transactions. Key Skills & Experience: Admission as a solicitor in Hong Kong or the U.S. , with 3-5 years PQE Proven experience in Hong Kong or US capital markets deals in a distinguished international or PRC law firm Excellent drafting, communication, and time management skills Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential, candidates with native Mandarin would be a distinct advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
