Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing a structured and effective performance management framework at branch and sales network.
  • Follow up with branches on their sales performance and improve sales efficiency and uplift productivity and customer centricity by implementing various initiatives.
  • Assist in reviewing customer's entire wealth portfolios and work with frontlines on deep dive portfolio analysis to ensure appropriate solutions and services are provided.
  • Help enhance customer centricity and highlight customer needs to shape behavior intended for building a reliable salesforce team to attain sustainable business growth.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to improve sales productivity and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects related to frontline staff.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience with proven experience in sales planning and performance management.
  • Mature, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
