Manager, Structured Products Sales & Relationship Management uSMART Securities is a new generation of Internet brokers in Hong Kong that provides investors with simple, professional, and low‑cost global investment services through technological innovation and artificial intelligence technology. uSMART Securities (CE no. BJA907) is licensed under The Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571) and is authorized to conduct Type 1, Type 4, Type 6, and Type 9 regulated activities. The company’s core management and financial‑technology team members come from world‑renowned technology giants and well‑known financial institutions, including Tencent, Alibaba, Microsoft, Yahoo, Uber, BNP Paribas, and Swiss Bank. uSMART combines leading AI and machine‑learning algorithms to develop a next‑generation mobile securities trading app (uSMART) that optimizes the user experience and aims to deliver better returns. About the Role uSMART Securities is seeking a results‑driven professional to lead sales, relationship management, and business development for our structured products business in Hong Kong. This role focuses on building new client relationships, deepening existing ones, and delivering tailored structured investment solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, family offices, and institutional investors. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities. Promote and distribute structured products, specifically flow products such as Fixed Coupon Notes, Equity‑Linked Notes, and Snowball Coupon Notes. Collaborate with structuring, trading, and operations teams to design, price, and execute customized solutions. Provide clients with market insights, investment ideas, and timely product updates. Ensure compliance with internal policies and SFC regulatory requirements. Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in structured product sales, relationship management, or capital markets. Strong knowledge of financial markets and structured product sales is essential. Proven client acquisition and revenue generation track record. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; familiarity with SFC licensing is preferred. We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
