Location: Hong Kong Industry: Paper & Packaging Manufacturing (FMCG – Fashion, Sports, Luxury, Retail) Experience: 5‑8 years in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with European retailers’ sourcing offices based in Hong Kong and Europe. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and buying teams at these sourcing hubs. Drive sales growth by promoting our manufactured paper boxes and packaging solutions, tailored to the needs of European retailers sourcing from Asia. Act as the primary company representative and key link between European sourcing teams and our manufacturing operations. Leverage your existing network within the sourcing community to connect with brands manufacturing their products in China and Vietnam. Collaborate seamlessly with our internal production, design, and quality control teams in Asia to ensure flawless execution and on‑time delivery for international clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing and growing business within this specific supply chain model. Qualifications & Skills 5‑8 years of sales experience in packaging manufacturing, OEM, or related industries supplying to international retailers. Proven track record of working with European retailers’ sourcing offices; a strong existing network is a significant advantage. Solid understanding of the sourcing and manufacturing process for European retailers in the Asia region (China/Vietnam). Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps between sourcing offices and manufacturing. Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in German, French, or another European language is a strong plus. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work autonomously. Why Join Us?
