Responsibilities Assist to formulate full year business and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation to deliver business target Drive the execution plan for the launches of Foreign Exchange products, covering the structure products with Foreign Exchange as underlying, and the related marketing and promotion programs Lead and influence various stakeholder for implementing both online and offline business initiative for Foreign Exchange products Provide product ideas for Foreign Exchange products Develop robust tools with stakeholders to analyse customer and sales data to derive insights for business growth for Foreign Exchange products Closely monitor the market conditions and the competitors’ strategies, benchmark digital journey against industry best practice, recommend and drive strategies and changes to grow the business and address major gaps or issues as appropriate. Accountabilities Smooth and timely execution of product launches compliant with internal standards and external regulatory requirements Quality execution of sales and marketing programs, and process improvement projects according to pre-defined timelineli> Ensure own self compliance with departmental and organization standard For the staff who are registered RIs may from time to time be required to take up a sales relief function, including when there is a shortage of available RI staff Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in banking, preferably related to the FICC or Investment products Master/University degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration preferred Strong multi-tasking, highly structured and organized Highly motivated team player with proven ability of problem solving; adaptability/ability to work in fluid environment Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and planning skill Creative and independent and Good influencing skills for result Strong analytical skills, knowledge on AI/ML is a plus Strong Knowledge of investment market, product and regulatory knowledge Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
