About Our Client Our client is a well-established fintech company, recognized for its innovative platform that enables private banks and wealth managers to efficiently access and manage structured investment products. By combining financial expertise with advanced technology, the solution streamlines complex processes from initial pricing and execution through to lifecycle management helping institutions deliver greater efficiency and value to their clients. Responsibilities Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Lead business development initiatives and manage client projects end-to-end, including bespoke requests. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on status, budgets, and delivery schedules to support company KPIs. Ensure client satisfaction through effective risk management, scope control, and quality delivery. Collaborate across internal teams to identify and resolve issues promptly. Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Work independently to drive solutions, demonstrating adaptability to new concepts, business models, and technologies. Requirements Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders, especially clients. Consultative approach with a strong passion for problem-solving. Experience conducting executive-level meetings and managing detailed project plans. Ability to identify, escalation, and resolve issues effectively. Proven track record in budget creation, tracking, and forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex projects. Knowledge of financial markets, particularly derivatives and transaction flows. Strong interest in technology and aptitude for learning new systems. Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting or the finance industry. Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, engineering, or computer science preferred. Excellent written and spoken English.
