Responsibilities and Qualifications Work closely with senior structurers on the end‑to‑end process for standard and bespoke OTC derivatives, from origination and design to pricing and execution. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop solutions for target clients. Collaborate with the sales team to present product ideas, discuss trade structure, and drive commercial opportunities. Support trading for trade execution. Partner with traders to understand the commercial objectives and risk‑reward profile of our book, assessing the viability of trades to maximize the company's P&L. Collaborate with Trading, Operations, and IT team to support trade lifecycle management for structured products, enhancing system capabilities and operational workflows. Work with other business units across the firm to identify and execute on cross‑selling opportunities. Driven, results‑oriented, and disciplined professional with a strong commitment to ethics and teamwork. Strong numerical, logical, and analytical abilities, backed by a proven background in quantitative analysis. Adaptable to changing business requirements. Taking proactive approach to identify and solve problems for building and developing infrastructure and processes. Fluency in English or Mandarin preferred. Bachelor or Master degree holder, preferably in a quantitative subject. 1‑3 years of experience in structuring or related experiences within equity, fund or fixed income structured products.
