Work collaboratively to resolve issues across business/functions in ways that maximize performance for SME Banking overall Requirements: Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines Passes in the IA licensing examinations At least 3-4 years relevant experience in the SME Banking business segment particularly B2B sales, hunting experience and digital mindset Sound knowledge in corporate banking and insurance products. Experience in preparation credit proposals / facing clients will be an advantage Familiar with the general banking operations and related regulatory requirements Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua Good interpersonal and communication skills With ability to work independently and under high pressure Strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Proven sales track record; passion for selling and keen to see results Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager We offer competitive salary package to the successful candidate.
