Assistant Relationship Manager (SME Loan, ML) About the role Our client, Lu An Credit Limited, is seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team in the vibrant Ngau Tau Kok area. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, helping them access the financial support they need to grow their businesses. What you'll be doing Assess client creditworthiness and eligibility for B2B loan products, processing applications efficiently Follow through end-to-end SME lending process until drawdown Fulfil KPIs assigned by the Company Manage and monitor existing client relationships, providing excellent customer service and support What we're looking for Degree or above in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance or related disciplines 1‑3 year sales experience on Banking or Financial institution lending product Basic KYC knowledge on SME or E‑Commerce are preferable Matriculated or above Positive working attitude, energetic, result‑oriented and self‑motivated Strong drive to success and adaptive to work in a fast‑moving environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua What we offer Comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage Generous annual leave and public holiday entitlements Opportunities for career progression and promotion A dynamic and inclusive company culture About us Lu An Credit Limited is a leading provider of financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong.
