Assistant Manager, Client Development and Communications, Luxury Brand

- Design Ultimate Luxury Client Journey
- CRM and In-Store Events
- Partner closely with retail directors, cross divisional counterparts, Overseas Headquarters, etc. to develop boutique specific, collection specific, and brand specific activation programs based on data and analysis.
- Understand the brand propositions and present an ultimate luxury experience to clients within brand and budget guidelines.
- Provide timely advisory and insights to boutique leaders on their events strategies and executions.
- Manage internal and external resources to drive first-class executions.
- Support the Communications Director in the planning and execution of effective communications program for the brand.
- As part of the Product team to support new product launch & marketing activities for the division
- Assists in organizing events / seminars
- Prepare both online/ offline promotional materials
- APAC Clients Events Management, Branding & Marcom
- Friendly Int’l Environment with Worklife Balance
- Matrix reporting to Regional CEO and Global Head of Marcom
- Key Driver to plan and execute customized bespoke client events inclusive of investment seminars, art exhibitions, lifestyle & philanthropic events
- Strategic lead to advise senior management in Asia to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate marcom standard
- Strategize and implement innovative and customer-centric branding and activation to achieve successful product launches
- Steer portfolio priorities leveraging consumer and market insights
- Ensure content and messages are engaging, data-oriented and align with corporate brand guidelines and strategies
- Global Buy Side -Investment Management
- Facilitate product marketing and channel marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the editing of bilingual marketing collaterals and pitching materials by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters
- Worklife Balance & Competitive Package
- Regional Clients’ Events Coordination
- Support Channel Marketing and Social Media/CRM
- Facilitate the smooth implementation of product marketing campaigns by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters
- Degree holder in communications, marketing, or equivalent with about 5-7 years working experience.
- Business and marketing acumen gained at first-tier global consumer/lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to utilize and produce insightful analysis using CRM databases.
- Good sense in lifestyle products with interests in fashion and design. Those without luxury work experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Able to plan and execute high standard events and communications activities.
- An enthusiastic collaborator who is very attentive to details.
- Sophisticated presentation in English and Chinese.
- Some knowledge in pharma industry preferred
