Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business and sales plans to achieve sales volume, revenue, and targets. Lead and motivate front‑line sales staff across multiple showrooms to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and VIP customers to enhance loyalty and experience. Ensure all sales activities comply with licensing, warranty, and delivery procedures. Identify new business opportunities and expand sales networks by collaborating with body builders, truck dealers, and fleet operators. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless pre‑sales and post‑sales support. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports to support strategic decision‑making. Requirements Diploma or above Minimum 5‑years of relevant sales experience Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) Good at communicating in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Valid Hong Kong Drivers license Class 1 & 2.
