Compensation Designing and implementing compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs. Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness. Managing the annual salary review process. Ensuring internal equity in compensation practices. Benefits Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Evaluating and recommending changes to benefit plans based on employee needs and market trends. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits. Payroll Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Managing payroll-related data and records. HRIS Implementing, managing and optimising the HR Information System (HRIS). Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS. Sourcing, driving HRIS implementation and enhancement projects. Compliance Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Staying up-to-date on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices. Analytics Analysing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare presentations and reports for the HR budget and headcount budget, including forecasting and cost allowance reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in C&B, preferably with experience working in a start-up or tech-related industry. Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in implementing HRIS or other systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build relationships across the organisation. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Experience in managing a team is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant C&B Manager.
