Our client is a renowned multinational corporation, is seeking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join their HR team. This role will involve leading a team of four professionals and will report directly to the HR Director. Responsibilities Execute the full spectrum of professional C&B services, including payroll operations, employment administration, tax compliance, salary reviews, budget forecasting, and various C&B projects. Manage and lead the C&B team to ensure operational efficiency and effective service delivery. Develop, review, and implement C&B policies and procedures in line with legal standards and industry trends. Propose and lead C&B initiatives and programs, including the renewal of group insurance, corporate discount programs, HR system enhancements, and C&B benchmarking projects. Provide precise forecasting and analysis of personnel and HR-related costs for management review. Compile and manage annual and monthly reports, including headcount statistics, leave records, and HR analytics. Support Global Mobility initiatives, including balance sheet management, expatriate tax administration, and payroll operations. Undertake additional ad-hoc C&B tasks or projects as required. Qualifications To excel in this pivotal role, candidates should possess: A minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A keen attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications and Excel. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A proactive, results-oriented business approach. A professional demeanor and a positive attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
